How fix hardware reserved memory in Thinkpad e470

In task manager, the memory seems to have 553 MB reserved. I've got only 3.46 GB usable memory out of 4 GB.

I've tried in bios, set to a minimum value for graphics as 256MB (only 2 option are there 256 and 512 MB), also unchecked the max memory in the boot (in "msconfig"). Tried some other methods but couldn't fix it. In other same models, it seems only 81 MB hardware reserved. So why me ???

And also the Task manager shows wrong information since my laptop has 2 memory slots but shows 4 slots instead.

Please, someone, help me to fix this memory problem.

Lenovo Thinkpad edge e470

i3 6006u, 4GB DDR4, Intel HD graphics 520.
BIOS version: R0DET88W 1.89
Windows 10 Pro 64bit

Once you install Windows on a system, it does not matter what was on it before so the fact that it had DOS on it does not make a difference. There could be other differences in the BIOS and things Lenovo loads on the system. Just get another 4 gb of RAM and be done with it. 4 GB give or take a few 100 MB will not make a difference in anything, but going to 8 will.
Get a second stick of 4GB RAM if you want more. Video memory is not the only memory that is reserved, BIOS and other drivers reserve RAM. Where did you see the other RAM amount for 81mb?

Is this a clean setup of Windows you are checking on? Your usable RAM amount seems normal to me, on the higher side for a system but nothing crazy.

Same model as Thinkpad e470 with all same configuration but DOS model shows 81MB hardware reserved(Later he installed pirated Windows 10), he gets 3.9GB out of 4GB. Where as my Thinkpad e470 with same specs but Windows 10 Pro 64bit preinstalled shows 553MB instead. Mine one is a damn original version but troubles me. And he is laughing at me!!!
Do laptops with DOS vs Windows 10 pro out of box create this much of difference in memory reserved ?????
