How flexible are the tubes on a Corsair H60? (And other issues to address)

So my current setup for my H60 is this:
f4bPJwt.jpg

Its positioned like that for three reasons:
1. I don't think the bottom of the radiator will fit above the GPU, but maybe it will? Hopefully all cases are designed to support that.
2. I don't really know if having the tubes directly touching the GPU board is safe or good for it at all, especially where the GPU chip itself sits is a good thing
3. If you look closely in the image, you can see i have the tubes going to the CPU facing the radiator. This is probably a bad setup.

So, I'm wondering. IF that radiator will fit bottom side down, will the tubing be too far bent/kinked that Ill have to rotate the water block on the CPU? AND, will the tubing be safe sitting on the GPU?

Solution
That case seems pretty restrictive and doesnt support water cooling.

What you could do is drill or cut slots into the top of the case or side panel and use that to mount the radiator and fan.
I had a case that didnt support my H60 but instead of modding the case, I got a new one that supported it and other water cooling.

Solution
The tubes are (most likely) non-conductive and will not harm anything they touch. However, I imagine orientation of the radiator is largely irrelevant, so long as you don't kink the tubing. You'll probably see more improvement from blowing the dust out of it.

I was just curious. Ill be getting a new case for christmas anyway that does support watercooling completely, but after further investigation, I could flip the radiator 90 degrees so the bottom side is up, and simple rotate the water block 180 degrees. But it doesnt really matter right now. It works fine as is and ill be getting a new case.

I havent really noticed until now, (built it back in 2014,) but its actually in a pull configuration, which is the reason for all the dust on the inside which I hadnt really noticed. Either way, I make this thread just for curiousity, as i will be getting a much better, full tower case for christmas. Plus, the H60 how it is right now works fine anyway. keeps my CPU cool. Has never gone over 51 degrees Celsius.
