Question how future proof is this pc build?

It's quite a solid build for 60fps. 4 cores is stretching the limits though. If looking for an upgrade, start with the cpu and drop a 3000 in there with more cores once they arrive. Update bios first.

Rx570 should be good enough for awhile yet.

Made some modifications for better. It would be wiser to wait for Ryzen 2 which is about to launch...

you meant ryzen 3 3300 haha yea thanks for the reply

I agree wait for Ryzen 3.

Would 450w be enough (even though it's a quality psu) for a 580 + Ryzen 3rd gen? Wouldn't it be safer to go a 550w?

Tht build draws around 350w from the wall. So, a quality 450w should be enough. Although it doesn't hurt to keep a little headroom for future upgrades.

That is the Zen 2 architecture... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ryzen

It's pretty future proof, but I would take 500-550w psu because you'll need a gpu upgrade in 3-4 years. Also you might run out of storage space. You can also wait for 3rd Gen cpu they're better.
