Question How get rid of McAfree popup on Win 11. McAfree was never installed and not found on iMac.

I have an iMac with Ventura OS, Parallels and Win 11. I get persistent McAfree popups on Win 11 which I cannot get rid of. McAfree was never installed and cannoat be found on the Mac. I have Malwarebytes on the Mac side but cannot download it on Win 11 (get error message).

There's a lot of it about.

What you are seeing are probably "web push notifications" spawned from a rogue website you've inadvertently allowed in your browser.

Which browser are you using?
