Im 14 almost 15 and Im saving up for my first PC build. I set the budget to $1500 and picked out some parts that I like and have been recommended. Please give feedback on whether or not I picked good parts and on what I could do better.

That's a very solid well balanced build. I might get a better psu. I like corsair, but the cx series isn't there best. That m.2 drive is just a standard sata drive, so if you want an nvme you may want to look at wd black or Samsung. But I have the 250gb version of that blue and it's still plenty fast. You also want to remember to budget in a copy of Windows. And don't forget peripherals and a monitor.
