How good is a AMD Radeon HD 7470

Im buying a gaming computer for 550$ and ive never had AMD and i was wondering how good it would be for gaming. It has 12gb of RAM & AMD A8 3.2 gz processor.

12gb or ram is an overkill. you need 4 to 8 gigs so you're paying for extra memory that will not be utilized. build your own computer...if you need help tom's members will make you a list of compatible parts and give you pointers on how to build your own pc

I have already bought it but i want to know how well the graphics card will preform. And the computer was cheap for whats inside so i figured i will get the computer and add things that will improve it.

Very poorly is the simlpe answer, unless you don't mind playing at all low settings and at a low resolution.
