Depends on which 5700 but the 1100T is perfect for games, so you could always add a later graphics card...

I think you should be pretty comfortably set up for gaming with that rig. I've got slower cpu's and the radeon hd4870 and I don't have any issues with newer games so far.

It must have a 5770 or 5750 both are OK gaming cards but not high end. Either will play all games at least on medium settings most on high (assuming a single monitor resolution) and give very good FPS.
