Ah but I think that is America based. And I’m looking for 16gb ram

This website doesn't support 8th gen is this website where u build it or they build it 4 u?

They build it for you. I would need it just because I don’t know how to build one.

Looking at this link, you will be able to play most games like Fortnite at 60+ fps on high settings, but for PUBG specifically you'll be getting a little under 60 fps on medium settings, since it uses a poorly optimized engine. Hope this helps.

What is stopping me from playing PUBG on 60+FPS on mid to high ?

Wow that is incredibly overpriced and comes with an unreliable PSU to boot.

Better and cheaper but will require assembly.

Looking for i5 though, and also built, and also what is the PSU ? And how’s it unreliable

The graphics card. You'd need at least GTX 780 or 970 or 1060, or RX 470 or higher, or r9 290 or 390, to play it on med-high with 60+ fps.

Could you edit the pc on the link so it can be compatible with PUBG on 60fps and share it back ?

That 8th gen i3 is a quad core just like that 7th gen i5 in the prebuilt. ~40 quid more would get you a 8th gen i5 that has 6 cores. The Corsair VS series is the worst series Corsair offers. The PSU is a critical component as it can literally ruin everything it powers if it has a problem and it's usually the first corner cut on prebuilts.
