My PC specs are:

Asus P8B75-M LX (MOBO)
8GB RAM DDR3 1333MHz (2x4 GB)
Seagate ST1000DM003 1TB (HDD)
Samsung 840 Evo 120GB (SSD)
LG GH24NS90 (CD/DVD drive)

The 750 Ti needs a minimum of 300W support; you should be fine running those specs on a reliable 400W psu. Cooler Master power supplies aren't the most reliable or best. The capacitors generally last ~2 years according to most reviews. When any power supply fails, there is a chance components will be damaged.

Does it count if my Asus Mobo has Anti-Surge protection ? Would that help the components if anything happens ?
