How good is this build for the price

Okay so I'm new to gaming pc and stuff and I was wondering if this build would be good for the price, I bought a GPU for a really good price for $175, this gpu is currently around $300 :

Please let me know if this is any good, I thought it would be a good deal since I got a really good GPU for a low price

Also I'm wondering if this PC is gonna bottleneck, should I get a better CPU instead?

I like Samer's suggestions on swapping the board, ram, and PSU.

The CPU should work well in most games with the 970.
