My new Gaming, Mining and 3D Rendering PC:
‌Intel Core i7-8700K
‌ASUS Prime Z370-P
‌G.Skill TridentZ RGB memory 16 GB (2×8 GB)
‌Samsung 960 Evo 250 GB M.2 SSD
‌Seagate Firecuda Pro 2 TB SSHD
‌Corsair H115i AiO Liquid Cooler
‌Corsair RM850X 80+ Plus Gold Power Supply
‌NZXT S340VR Elite Matte Black Case
‌ASUS ROG Strix GTX 1080 Ti
Peripherals:
‌Corsair Glaive RGB mouse
‌Corsair K65 Cherry MX Speed Mechanical TKL RGB keyboard
‌Corsair Void Pro RGB Dolby Surround Sound headset
‌SteelSeries Qck Gaming Mousepad (320mm×270mm)
Monitor:
‌ASUS PG27AQ 27" 4K G-SYNC IPS monitor

Now I know this is very good. No comments on 4K monitor as high refresh rate won't make a difference for me. I just wanted to ask that to fit a sound card (I need one) into the budget how should I cut down the price? I decided to change the headset as I don't normally hear good reviews on it and it's very costly in India. So now I have decided to get a pair of normal, non-RGB headphones with awesome sound quality and bass on a moderate price. Please recommend me one which is less than 175 $ so that I can fit in a recommended sound card of you choice (from Asus or other good company).

My two cents..

Change PSU to RM650x as you won't need 850w for your build. Use the saved money for a better motherboard.
Like Lutfij said, you won't need a sound card. Only way to get better sound is to go full in and buy an external Pro audio/studio grade soundcard which will cost a lot more for a decent card.
For headset i will suggest to go to local store and listen to some good headsets. Eventually go to your local Hi-fi store if you want to listen to some reallly good headsets.
My 2 cents would be...you don't need an add-on sound card in this day and age since the onboard sound processing is by far better than anything you can purchase off of Creative's portfolio. Another point, if you're buying USB driven headsets, all the sound processing will take place on the USB port and leave the sound card(dedicated or onboard) alone.

^ So the sound card is not needed.

Well then, if that is what you recommend. But still, recommend me a non-RGB, decent sound and decent bass headphones which I can buy instead of the not well received Void Pro. It'll help me save some money which I can use to buy Occulus Rift (personal preference) and some games.
