How Good Is This Computer?

Recently posted this, but I want more opinions, can someone tell me how good this computer is? IF you have a better one, tell me, I already have a monitor, headphones, and I want to be able to play games like GTA:V (Possibly) Counter Strike: Global Offensive, League of Legends and maybe Battlefield 4. Thanks! (This is a budget pc, I have heard the CPU and GPU combo in this is quite good.)

It's not terrible but don't expect the games to look nice

1080p mid settings for the games listed. However GTA V will work much a Quad Core CPU. Such as an Athlon 860k

will this computer do better with windows 10 or windows 7? Also, does the case come with fans?

It will do fine with either Windows 10 or 7 (I don't think it really matters much which OS you use).

The case comes with 2 x 120mm fans, 1 in front and 1 in the rear. Which should be plenty for this build.
