I have decided to build a pc for gaming and i have a very low budget of 24k BDT (300$). I am not expecting to pay all games at 1080p/60FPS. I am happy to play GTA 5, BF 1 and some other games at 720p/30fps. Here's the list of components:
Processor: Intel Pentium G4560 7th Gen
Ram: AVEXIR 4GB DDR4 2400MHz
GPU: Zotac Geforce GT 1030 2GB DDR5
Mobo: Asus H110m-K
Power Supply: Antec VP500PC EC 500 Watt
I have Casing and HDD.

How is this build for 300$? Would i get the performance i'm expecting? Thanks

Solution
Just omit the gt1030 and get a g4600 or g4620 or i3 7100. Whichever is the cheapest.
Also, is the Antec vp 450 p available? Cuz iirc, the vp500p is based on an older platform. The 450p is better.
And yes, go with 2x4gb of ram.

It's ok. I would say you've put together an ok budget build. If you can somehow stretch your budget just a little further this definitely play 1080p 60fps with medium graphics.

Not sure what is available where you live so you can of course figure out what is available that is comparable on parts

Very reasonable.
If you truly are on a budget, consider initially omitting the discrete graphics card.
The HD610 graphics will play a surprising number of games.
I think it is comparable to the GT1030

You can then better evaluate the need for stronger graphics.
You may find the G4560 prices to be inflated.
In that case, the G4600 is a tad faster and includes the faster HD630 graphics
Do not buy 4gb. Buy a 2 x 4gb kit of ram. Speed is not important.
One caveat... The H110 chipset motherboard needs a bios update to run kaby lake.
Motherboards made in 2017 will already have it.

And... the Seasonic S12II 430w xSimply1337x suggested would be excellent.
It is a tier 2 unit on this list:
