For games like DOTA2/WoW etc, yes. But for titles like BF4, FC4 Etc. You might wanna consider a GTX960 and above.

The 750Ti consumes very low power(60W). Instead of the FTW edition, why don't you get the vanilla 750Ti and save $20? You don't really need that second fan.

I have a GTX650 that consumes 64W and it's very quiet with only one fan even when gaming. The fan never goes to 100% and the card never goes above 60C.
All of this should apply to the 750Ti as well.
