Good morning,

I have a parts list on PCPartPicker that satisfies a $1000 budget. Here's the link: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/ZPJ7gJ

Is this a good value for the money? I am looking to play GTA V, Fallout 4, TF2, Civilization V and Beyond Earth: Rising Tide, and other games of similar caliber with decently high settings (normally a mix of High/Ultra), though if this PC would be underpowered for that I am willing to turn settings down.

And yes, I am aware that optical drives are no more than obsolete at this point, however I do have certain games that are still in disc format, and I'd like not to purchase them again.

Thank you in advance for your help!
