How good is this PC?

Hi, I've been looking into buying a gaming computer for a while, and I recently found this deal online: http://tech.woot.com/offers/hp-quad-core-desktop-with-1tb-hd-4

How good is this PC? I realize I would have to upgrade the graphics card and possibly the power supply. My only real concern is the processor, as I don't know much about the processor market, and even less about AMD's processors, is the processor that comes with that PC suitable for gaming? Anything else I should be concerned about?

It isn't great, but at that price, it's completely reasonable

That CPU is pretty good. There is no graphics card though - you'd have to add one, in which case would also require a better PSU 😛

The graphics are provided by the CPU itself, as it is an "APU" - a CPU with an onboard graphics chip. That APU should be able to play most games on 720p at medium or low settings, depending on the game of course.
