How good of a build is this?

So I am thinking about building a $1700 MAX gaming build. It will be an intel based system as well. I just wanted to know how good it might be. However, this build does include other things that I might need. As well as things I DO need, such as a monitor, headset, keyboard, and a USB for installing my OS that I will be buying from Kinguin. Some Intel Z170 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Kaby Lake-S CPUs.
Better to get a Z270 because of this and the EVGA PSU is poor quality.

Not going to work you need to buy a Z270 board with that processor.
The Z170 is going to need a BIOS update to work with that processor.
