It will be a noticeable step for sure, but what I would recommend is pull together the funds for an R9 270 or if you can afford it the 270x. Two cards that are a GREAT bang for your buck and will outperform the 260x

I've bought the card already, gonna set it up tomorrow, i just got a bit confused looking at some review that says i will get only 26 FPS on Far cry 3 which i already played at like 30-40...

I've really spent as much money as i possibly could and i probably won't be buying a new card for like 2 years now, but i'm mostly gonna play Dota 2 anyway, i just want smooth 60 fps instead of 40 fps that looks like pixelated wax figures.

Can it run the newest dragon age on low though? It looks super amazing so i don't know 😀 My resolution is 1024x768.

For one, the benchmark that you have have linked from techpowerup is showing a benchmark of FC 3 @ 4x Anti-Aliasing and 1600x900 resolution. Since you're gaming on a lower resolution and can turn down AA, you can get a smoother performance out of the game.

Most benchmarks are on fairly high if not maxed out settings and vary in resolution (1080p, 1440p, 4k, ect.). Even though the 260x is not an Insane card, if you are looking for mild gamin, I think you will be satisfied with your purchase.

The guy from store said i need better power supply which i bought and that it won't reach it's full potential because of processor but that it'll work together.

I really dont have money for new processor but it will still be an improvement i guess.

A bottleneck is when one or more components aren't reaching their full potential because one or more components are hindering it. Just save up some money and build a new system later, as long as you are getting the desired results on the games you play then you should be fine.
