how good will be this psu????

i wanted to know if this psu is good for my system: Thermaltake TR2 500W Bronze

my system is:
athlon x4 860k
msi gtx 960 oc
g.skill 8gb 1600 mhz
seagate barracuda 1tb 7200rpm 6.0gb/s
giagabyte f2a88xm-ds2

moreover will be this psu good for overclocking the cpu and the gpu????

its best not to get thermaltake anything. they use very poor quality capacitors.

Thermaltake aren't all that great when it comes to PSUs. I mean, it's not absolutely horrible, but it's a split rail design and will probably not support much more than what you have there effectively. Which means, upgrade, and you'll need a new PSU. Best to get a -good- PSU for an extra few bucks. In fact, you can get a Seasonic 520w for $55.00 or so:

Meanwhile, the TR2-500w @ $49.00:

Lets get this nailed down. Look through this list. If you want to buy a firecracker, go for Tier4 or Tier5. If you value your parts and your system, buy Tier1/Tier2. If you're on a tight budget, you can get Tier3 and probably be ok.
