How well would this build work for mid-range gaming?

CPU: Intel Core i3-4130 Haswell 3.4GHz LGA 1150 54W Dual-Core Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 4400

Motherboard: MSI H81M-P33 LGA 1150 Intel H81 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard

RAM: Team Elite 4GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10600) Desktop Memory Model

Video card: EVGA GeForce GTX 650 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card

(I already have a hard drive, optical drive, power supply, etc. Also I made sure the power supply has enough power)

Just a few more things:

1. Should I go with the i3-3220 or i3-4130 as a match with the GTX 650?
2. If I was running on Windows 7 64-bit should I stretch to 8GB memory?

I will not recommend your choice of RAM. I recommend at least DDR3-1600 (Anything lower speed and some games don't run) 8Gb (Best RAM size).
