How good will this rig be for gaming?

Ok, so I want to be able to run most games on hopefully medium to high graphic, I have no problem at running them on 720p, though it'd be nice to do 1080p, at about 70fps (the reason why I say 70 is because I don't want to drop below 60).

Here are my specs:

CPU: Intel® Core™ i5-4670K 3.40 GHz 6MB Intel Smart Cache LGA1150

CPU / Processor Cooling Fan: Asetek 510LC 120mm Liquid Cooling CPU Cooler - Enhance Cooling Performance (Single Standard 120MM Fan)

RAM / System Memory: 8GB (4GBx2) DDR3/1600MHz Dual Channel Memory

Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 2GB 16X PCIe 3.0 Video Card

Motherboard: MSI Z87-G41 PC Mate ATX w/ Military Class 4, OC Genie II, GbLAN, 2 GEn3 PCIe x16, 2 PCIe x1, 2 PCI

Power Supply: 430 Watts - Corsair CX430 430W 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply (Or I may go with a Power Supply: 600 Watts - Standard 80 Plus Certified Power Supply - SLI/CrossFireX Ready)

Hard Drive: 1TB SATA-III 6.0Gb/s 32MB Cache 7200RPM HDD (Single Drive)

And I have Windows 7.

Like, I said, I would like to run most games on medium to high graphical settings, at about 70fps.

the 660 will run most games on medium to high at playable framerates. if you don't want to drop below 60 though, you may need to go to low. getting above 60 fps on medium to high for some of the more modern games usually takes a gtx 660ti (just a little faster than what you are looking at) or higher for 1080p (the 660 would be just fine for 720p though)
everything else is fairly good, although that power supply IS a low quality power supply, and you would be better off with say a 500 watt tx series psu from corsair, or a psu from seasonic. everything else is fairly good, but please, don't cheap out on the psu. wattage means nothing without being well built.

Can you give me any examples of games, such as Oblivion, Skyrim, Just Cause 2, etc, I could max out and there fps rates at both resolutions? I doesn't have to be exact, just an estimate please.

Ok, so I was just looking around, and I found this PC. http://www.bestbuy.com/site/hp-envy-desktop-12gb-memory-2tb-hard-drive/3199314.p?id=1219088673230&skuId=3199314

I took the price and added it up with a Nvidia GTX 660 2GB card, and it was a good amount cheaper than my other PC. I'm kinda conflicted now. Which one would be better? Keep in mind that I would have a GTX 660 in both.

The other parts in the pc are shit, that's why. the processor is the lowest end i5 you can get that is basically an i3, the memory is likely 800mhz, the motherboard is about as cheap as you can go, the wiring won't be pretty, the cooling will just be acceptable...the list of why this system would be worse than your own pre built system is quite long. if you were to use the same shitty parts, then you would still likely be able to build it for cheaper

Also, where on earth did you try to build your other one that the parts came up to more than the bestbuy pc? you can easily get all the parts AND the 660 for almost as much as this computer without the 660.
