Question How has your experience been with 12-pin power cable adapter for Nvidia 4000's cards (4080 and 4090) ?

After hearing about some 4090's catching fire, I swore off Nvidia current generation of video cards. However, I saw the 7900 benchmarks and was not impressed. Are the adapters easy to install correctly? Are there higher quality after market versions (that are less likely to catch fire)? What has your experience been? Thank you.

Yup! Nvidia's response was the user installed the cable incorrectly. The adapter was bending too much?!? It's a cable; it's suppose to bend!
