My wishlisted Asus M712 laptop with Ryzen 7 5800U/5700U and an 17.3’’ screen has been recently back, whose mass is 2.3kg
But honestly how heavy is 2.3kg for such a laptop? Is it relatively lightweight for a king size screen laptop?

Seems about normal. My two-in-one with a 15-inch is 1.65 kg and my 17-inch with a GTX 1070 is 4.42 kg.

But people in the less famous forums were <Mod Edit> that, an 17.3" laptop is a "pain" on the constant moves, like lectures, studioes, and libraries if your 17.3" is going to be an university system, but they didn't notice the matter of the masses, for my example, my own wishlisted Asus M712 isn't that painful as they said, whose mass is just 2.3kg, with also external powers the gross mass is still under 3kg

Is this an ultra-thin? Looks like it is.

Depending on your needs, you might be able to find better performance in a slightly smaller, slightly thicker, but similarly heavy laptop with a more powerful mobile processor, like a 5800H, for a competitive price.
