How high can I overclock

System:
OS: Windows 7(pro)
CPU: FX-8350
GPU: Gtx 770(2gb)
Motherboard: Sabertooth 990FX
Ram: 8 gig ddr3-1866 (may go to 16 gigs soon)
Cooler: H100i
PS: 850w
Case: NZXT Phantom
What would be the highest amount of overclocking I could do with my CPU(FX-8350). Also note that I may be playing extended sessions of games. At a safe temperture.

With the h100i you could probably get your processor to 4.8 easily, and from there i would check your temps to see if you want to overclock higher. anything over 80 at max load with a h100i on should be considered your max temp, and you should not overclock as to exceed this temperature.
