how high can my laptop run tom clancy's the divison

hi so I am planning on purchasing tom Clancy's the division and I was wondering if anyone can tell me if my laptop can run it and if so, how high can my graphics be up to low- max?

Built info:

Brand: Asus ROG GL752VW-DH71
processor: intel i7 3.5 GHZ turbo
RAM: 16GB (can be upgraded to 32GB)
Video Card: NVDIA GEFORCE 970M
Storage: 1TB HDD
upgradeability: possible to upgrade ram up to 32GB, unknown if I can upgrade video card
Windows 10
games runnable so far: Fallout 4 high-Max settings, Wargame red dragon high settings (custom maximizes texture quality, etc but reduces water quality), Total war Rome 2, high-max settings (unless overwhelming amounts of units), middle earth shadows of Mordor max settings
