how hot is to hot for the barton?

I have an Asus A7V8X mb.
I just upgraded my comp from athalon 2000 (not sure what type) to a 3000
barton.
I have a thermaltake copper heatsink going at 5000 rpm but the temp was
running at about
125 deg F. according to the Asus Probe V2.23.01
should I be worried?
Also I ran sissoft sandra and it was saying that the cpu tem was at about
132... Does sandra get its temp another was or something?

that would be 125 deg F. = 52 celsuius
and 132 f -
