That's 40C, a little on the warm side, but not to bad...what CPU, mobo, cooler? How long built, if new, new temps may drop a few degrees once thermal compound cures

CPU- AMD FX-4300
Mobo: ASUS M5A97
Cooler: Stock AMD Heatsink
Its been built for an hour when I posted, about 12 now.
I hate fahrenheits. but thats 38 C. its ok if you are from a warm place using stock cooler.
I just checked it nd its down to an agerage of 34-36*C, Also to note it is not in the case yet, its just sitting on the mobo box xD
put it inside chasing. what is the room temp? it matters a lot. i used to hit 30C on PII X4 with stock cooling at my home in my "tropical country" where the room temp was 25-28*C.
but 34 is on the high end of things.
also i think you should probably wait a couple of days for the thermal paste to burn in. assuming you used thermal paste and in the correct manner

The thermal paste was pre-applied so I guess its right xD I have no idea the room temp, moderate warmth, I guess?
You're prob good to go, once the thermal compound cures, it'ss be even better and in the case the fans will help also , so you'll see additional few degrees drop

One more question, for my front fan it does not have the proper molex plug for my power supply http://sweetlibrarian.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/04/Molex_female_connector.jpg
That is the plug it has but it is missing 2 of the connectors
and then the power supply has that but with all the connectors, so how does that work!?!?
