How i can get my monitor to 75hz

Hello, i have a Samsung 940NW Monitor and in its specs it says it can go to 75hz on 1400x900 but the only option i have in the nvidia control panel is 60hz i tried with different resolutions but the only options are 60hz or 59hz. How i can go to 75hz? It's connected via HDMI if that helps

u have to make a custom resolution on the nvidia control panel (keep in mind even though a monitor says It can go upto that its not recommended to go above the default since itl reduce ur monitors lifespan)
