How i can underclock or whatever to Fix my GTX 1060 6gb PNY XLR8 OC2

Hello everyone, i bit a 1060 6gb en Ebay for 150$, this GPU got a factory overclock and the problem is the stability, while i play ring of the Elysium, crashes, the monitor show no signal and the fans of my GTX and CPU goes faster, after reboot, this goes up.
In kombustor test, this GPU show no signal in my monitor at 720p after 6 seconds.
Using afterburner, i underclocked and limit the power, and this solves this problem. Now i'm uploading videos to show up guys.
I need help to modify the base clock to Fix on BIOS or whatever can solve this problem

The Bios of the 10-Series GTX Cards are all locked; With 9-Series GTX you were able to Modify the Bios on your own but that isnt possible anymore. If you want/need to downclock your 1060 you will have to do it with afterburner - Safe Profile and start afterburner with Systemstart and apply "overlock" and systemstart

What exact power supply do you have?

Did you do a complete uninstall (using DDU) of previous drivers before installing the Geforce drivers for you new card?

You can't flash modded/custom VBIOS on Nvidia cards. Unless it spontaneously corrupted itself, I don't think the VBIOS is the issue.

Again, what power supply do you have? And did you try completely uninstalling all graphics drivers (Nvidia and any other you may have had installed) using DDU, and then reinstalling Nvidia drivers?

What is the max temperature the card hits under load?

recently buy another psu and the problems has gone!
the new psu is a p650 80+ bronze gigabyte, 650w of pure gold!
