[SOLVED] How i can whatching movie with full screen without black frame

i had new TV samsung 4K curved and when i download any movie 4k and put it on flash to open it on TV i get 2 black frame

how i can watch movie with full screen without black frame

home -> settings -> picture -> picture size settings
picture size set to custom
zoom and position set to what u want

or u can buy TV with 21:9 screen ratio

is there any program can do it withoout change quality??? just change to 16.9
or any anther way ??

vlc media player can crop/resize without affecting movie ratio
