How important is full load temp

I ask this because with everything that I have been doing my processor hasn't seen more then 65c
but if I stress test it with CPUZ I see 90 on one of my cores the rest is low 80s

regular usage I am usually around 55-65 at most. For what I am doing with PC (gaming streaming downloading) I don't ever see 100% I mean really I never even see 50%. I have done some video editing and even then when rendering a 4k video I haven't seen crazy temps and or usage that has locked my pc up.

Question from Blkacr : "5930k temps high but only under stress"

You might see temps. go up during benchmarking when they run a physics test. Might apply to a racing sim. But GPUs do most of the heavy work nowadays.
I actually run Prime 95 3 examles instead of 4. it runs 75% on all 4 cores and never had a problem bench marking anything.
of course I'm running a bunch of old junk anyway!

so little update. my voltage was all off this is what gave my my high heat. I really sat back this weekend and worked on it. so originally I was at 4.4 @ 1.275. stress test showing me in the upper 80s to low 90s. it bothered me so much. well I achieved 4.4 @ 1.150 max temp of 80/81 regular work load highest I have seen recorded was 57. the h80i cooler I think has reached its limit there. I may go for a better cooler or just do an entire water cooled system. but for now I am extremely happy I got it to where it is as well as passing stress test. I was at 4.6 and messing with voltages there but if I got it to work I would see upper 80s again so I went to 4.5 at one point and couldn't get it below 87. so I rather take the 4.4 @ 1.150 with lower temp under 85 so I know its definitely safer. thanks again to those who helped
