when I purchased my prebuilt machine after a month the computer would crash only when going to sleep, so after waking the computer. I was under warranty and a technician took control of my computer to fix it and did something to the bios so that it does not update now, also I don't have the option anymore to put my computer to sleep... ive tried contacting dell but since im no longer under warranty they want money to remote desktop the pc even though it was supposed to be fixed while under warranty and wasn't handled 100%.
not 100% savy with pc's just wondering what I am looking at and if its worth paying to get it fixed properly.
basically long story short I run support assist, and it says the bios needs to be updated under urgent, I update/install, restart. and then if u run support assist the bios update comes up again.
