How install windows 8.1

I have windows 7, os 32 bit. Now i want to install windows 8.1 os 34 bit. But i can not install.
Note: I have no CD or DVD drive.
Please help me

do you have a license for 8.1? why not install 10, you have a free upgrade path?

I have no license. I try to install windows 10 but i can not install. Because of they want license number. I have no license number.
please if you have free version windows proved me.

Note: windows 7, 32 bit is installed. I want to install windows 10.
