[SOLVED] How is AMD's fine wine optimisation on RX590?

I currently have an RX 580 8GB from Asrock but have quite a few issues so I've been thinking of RMA to get my money back, and the Sapphire RX 590 Nitro+ is a bit lower price than my RX580 was I'm thinking of buying that one. How is the performance on that card compared to GTX 1070 and 1660Ti, can't find any recent benchmarks at least for the 1070.
