I owned an A4 once, it's dirt cheap but you won't go anywhere past Minecraft and some MMOs. If you really want an APU for mediocre gaming, your best option is to get an A10-7870K and CrossFire in the future.
APU's are decent entry level to lower mid level, single monitor, and often reduced settings, gaming rigs. I don't build with them because customers just come back saying things like I cant run gta-v at ... no kidding, i warned you many times before I let you buy it. They are for a kid who cant afford much more than an xbox IMO and people who should just get an xb1 or ps4 instead.

Except you can build a gaming rig for the same price to get that same 30FPS 720p performance in the same games at medium low settings.

Not once you factor in an os, keybd, & mouse. Consoles come with everything you need...

A good combo keyboard and mouse is the CM storm, only $30, OS is questionable since you can forgo Windows for Linux and still have access to steam.

The price point has been debated for a long time. Fact is it can be done. But more importantly if you buy several games a year, PC is far more cost effective, noting since you won't have to rebuy a game for a new console (if it's even available), so upgrades are far less expensive as well.

We are a PC community, consoles come second here.
