I have an MSI Kt3 Ultra w/axp1500+@1.47ghz and a geforce 2 gts-v. in my brothers system a k7s5a w/duron 950mhz and another geforce 2 gts-v. both videocards were purchased together. my GTS-V cannot go past 200/323 while my brothers goes all the way to 210/350! why is this? i have a 420watt PSU Foxconn(deer) and he has a generic 300wPSU. can anyone please explain this? thanks fellas!

*shrugs* different cards don't always overclock to the same level. The memory is the same on specific models, but has a different threshold. The Gts-v has 7ns memory, which is rated for 142Mhz, 286Mhz DDR. Overclocking even just a bit goes over it's normal rated speed. Thus, each card has a different margin of overclocking, and rarely do they ever reach the same level.
