how is msi gtx 770 (MSI N770-2GD5/OC)

hey guys
i was planning on buying (msi N770-2GD5/OC )
but someone told me not to cause its fan (msi) loses its quality after time and it gets hot and might cause some problems
so do i buy msi gtx 770 or asus or ... ?
and btw there is like 30$ diffrence !
