Better GPU and the i5 is the same as the i7 in 95% of applications, including games. Also has a better cooler, And psu leaves room for future SLI and upgrades

So all games will be better with an i5? What about Sony Vegas, I do a lot of video editing, so will that be fine with an i5?

WD are generally better, but its not by much and they are twice the price. You could (in my build) drop from a 2 TB seagate to a 1 TB WD

drop the corsair cx psu. don't skimp on your psu. the cx are "cheap" psus... look for a high quality XFX (xxx/pro), Seasonic (x series/s12d/m12d)), Antec (HCG), or Corsair (AX)

WD 1 TB Black series, i7 4770K (i'd still get the i5 4670k), with a MSI motherboard (they do look great dont they) and GTX 780Ti from ASUS (DCII cooler)

The Corsair HX and AX are their only PSUs I'd touch. To the OP, these are very good recommendations.
