PSU: SeaSonic S12G 750W 80+ Gold (New for $100AUD)
Case: Corsair SPEC-03 (New for $85AUD)
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB (New for $75AUD)

I actually have a very similar build (i5 4440, gigabyte R9 280x), and yes this looks like it will be a good build, with money well spent were it needs to go
