Hello - This is my first build so I'd really appreciate any feedback.

• Beginner to data science and will be using the PC for this purpose.
• Budget is $800 to $1,300

The hyper 212 was far too overpriced for what it is.
The b450tomahawk is pretty hard to come by now, usually it list at bestbuy but is often not in stock, pretty any b550 board will be more then adequate for a 3600.
3600Mhz cl16 ram will add a bit more speed to the cpu as ryzen is dependent on ram speed.
The 860evo is a fine ssd, but a budget nvme drive is cheaper and faster.
The evga g3 is a good psu, but it's too expensive and has some flaws, the seasonic focus or corsair rm are other options.

Just so there is no terminology misunderstanding ... What do you believe you will do with this PC, related to data science ?
Will a 1660 SUPER benefit you you relative to a 1650 graphics card? Without knowing what you plan to do that is a difficult question for us to answer.
BUT my first thought is that 16GB RAM is too low for a build which is intended for "data" anything...
