Question How is my build?

My main goal is to have 1080p 60+ gaming(coming from igpu from intel lol), I'll do schoolwork but main use is gaming, but I play games like Rocket League and Civ 5. I'm not planning on going over $900, and I'm not planning to always be gaming at ultra settings, just a very modest build that I won't have to worry about upgrading for the next 3-4 years ideally. Wondering what people on this site think about what I have, I've been researching nonstop since December. Thanks! Here is my build: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/MXczTB

I agree with the prior post in that you will absolutely want 16GB, as some recent games already need more than 8GB to perform their best.

You might also go with a 500GB Crucial MX500 SSD though, as it offers very similar performance to the Samsung 860 Evo for a bit less, though it's worth checking current sales when you go to buy in case prices change.

I would suggest a 2600X over a locked i5 anyday :
