Here is the link to my build,

https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/GDxnmg

Goals:

I want low budget PC.
Will use for some coding, potentially some 3D modeling.
Should be able to max out most if not all 1080p games.
Originally intended for a CAN$600-700 PC, so if there are cheaper prices for same functionality and compatibility....

This is my first computer so any advice would really be appreciated.
Also, is my motherboard power connectors 24 pins like the
power supply? I couldn't find it in the specs...

Thank you!!

No, that is a truly terrible build on multiple levels. The low end, poor quality PSU, the junk video card, Arctic Coolers are junk, I could go on and on. Here's how you spend $1200 on a build:

PCPartPicker Part List

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 3.6 GHz 6-Core Processor ($264.50 @ shopRBC)
Motherboard: ASRock B550 Phantom Gaming 4/ac ATX AM4 Motherboard ($188.50 @ Vuugo)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-2400 CL16 Memory ($89.75 @ Vuugo)
Storage: Western Digital Blue 1 TB M.2-2280 Solid State Drive ($134.99 @ Amazon Canada)
Video Card: Sapphire Radeon RX 5600 XT 6 GB PULSE Video Card ($387.20 @ Vuugo)
Case: Corsair 275R ATX Mid Tower Case ($89.50 @ Vuugo)
Power Supply: Antec NeoECO 550 W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-modular ATX Power Supply ($89.99 @ Canada Computers)
Total: $1244.43

With operating system that comes out to about $1350.

2400 ram is a bad idea, for a Ryzen rig.

Thank you guys!
I have used your part ideas to upgrade my build to this:
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/rJMGfP
Also, the only reason I didn't use logainofhades's
mobo is because it had worse reviews on newegg, it had pretty
much the same stuff in my opinion... But if you people think it's
ok, even though it has worse reviews, then I am willing to switch!
Do I have any new incompatibilities that PCPartPicker hasn't found for me?
Any other issues anyone sees?

Lastly, I note that I chose a wireless wifi adapter... any suggestions on better ones?

Thanks!

EDIT: btw I am happy that I cut down to CAN $834.79,
and I don't mind that it's just that little bit less powerful
then if I paid $300-$400 more :D

I'm not trying to push anybody for an answer, but.... just making sure you understand that I am still hoping for more help...?
Again, sorry if it seems like i'm trying to push you people, that is not my intention!

EDIT: Btw I am ready to complete the build, but if you have any final suggestions
(which would be nice since I just made some changes to my build),
that would be greatly appreciated! :D

So sorry @SteveRX4!
I watch this video for 3 minutes, and I already can't understand a thing!
Like i've said previous times, I am no pro at this....
Also, I was wondering if anybody had any tips for good cheap monitors that I could use with this build....
And LASTLY, and most importantly, I am ready to finish my build! All I need is you people to
confirm with me that this is a decent first build--if not, of course, please give me some tips! (if you have any ;))
Thank you! :D

EDIT: I researched a monitor... I just need a pretty good one, not the best...
here it is in my PCPartPicker build: https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/BtXyXb

The cooler the VRM, the better is the motherboard.

At 23:55 you can see that the Bazooka is coolest, followed by Tomahawk, etc.
Your mobo review -

With a nVidia card, you preferably want a GSync compatible monitor. Also 1080p so the 1650 can run it at good fps and game settings.
eg Acer XFA240 per https://techguided.com/best-gaming-monitors-under-200/
But... should I use any of the mobos in the video, because I am using ATX for the MOBO
I currently have, and this is my first build, so maybe MINI ITX will make it harder for a
beginner to put together? And my PSU is ATX so I will have to change that, too, right?

Thanks! ;)

If you can afford it, pick a motherboard that has the features you want and also a VRM that will stay coole when you stress your CPU.
ATX PSUs work with all motherboards. ATX is a standard that they all confirm to - for sizes and connections.
I personally stick with ATX - they give you more room, provide more featuires (eg more ram and graphics card slots) and are more common and usually cheaper.

Have I provided enough info?
Well, I would really appreciate it if some of you could stick around to tell me if my "final"
build is good, but, of course, you have already all given me so much valuable info, and it is
absolutely NOT my choice to keep you here, it's yours... :D

EDIT: If your willing, could you just give me an example of a good ATX motherboard I
could use with my build, and it would be better than the one I have?
Thanks so much! :D

In case you didn't know, I am not even an adult, and don't have a job, so that
will take quite some saving ;)NEVERTHELESS, I am extremely excited!!
