Goals:

I want low budget PC.
Will use for some coding, potentially some 3D modeling.
Should be able to max out most if not all 1080p games.
Originally intended for a CAN$600-700 PC, so if there are cheaper prices for same functionality and compatibility....

This is my first computer so any advice would really be appreciated.
Also, is my motherboard power connectors 24 pins like the
power supply? I couldn't find it in the specs...

No, that is a truly terrible build on multiple levels. The low end, poor quality PSU, the junk video card, Arctic Coolers are junk, I could go on and on. Here's how you spend $1200 on a build:

Also, the only reason I didn't use logainofhades's
mobo is because it had worse reviews on newegg, it had pretty
much the same stuff in my opinion... But if you people think it's
ok, even though it has worse reviews, then I am willing to switch!
Do I have any new incompatibilities that PCPartPicker hasn't found for me?
Any other issues anyone sees?
Lastly, I note that I chose a wireless wifi adapter... any suggestions on better ones?

and I don't mind that it's just that little bit less powerful

I watch this video for 3 minutes, and I already can't understand a thing!
Like i've said previous times, I am no pro at this....
Also, I was wondering if anybody had any tips for good cheap monitors that I could use with this build....
And LASTLY, and most importantly, I am ready to finish my build! All I need is you people to
confirm with me that this is a decent first build--if not, of course, please give me some tips! (if you have any )

The cooler the VRM, the better is the motherboard.

At 23:55 you can see that the Bazooka is coolest, followed by Tomahawk, etc.

But... should I use any of the mobos in the video, because I am using ATX for the MOBO
I currently have, and this is my first build, so maybe MINI ITX will make it harder for a
beginner to put together? And my PSU is ATX so I will have to change that, too, right?

If you can afford it, pick a motherboard that has the features you want and also a VRM that will stay coole when you stress your CPU.
ATX PSUs work with all motherboards. ATX is a standard that they all confirm to - for sizes and connections.
I personally stick with ATX - they give you more room, provide more featuires (eg more ram and graphics card slots) and are more common and usually cheaper.

You could probably find a Z170 motherboard that will suit your needs for a bit cheaper.

The Z170 chipset doesn't work the cpu's mentioned in this thread.
