Solution
OP said "future" not "future proof"

Looks ok, but I have a few comments:

1. That ram kit needs to be a dual channel kit of 2 x 4gb.

2. hyper212 is ok, but with your budget, perhaps a slighyly better noctua pr Phanteks cooler with 140mm fans would be better.

3. I will never again build without a ssd for the "C" drive. It makes everything you do much quicker.
120gb is minimum, it will hold the os and a handful of games. If you can go 240gb, you may never need a hard drive. I don't.
If you ever need to store large files such as videos, then it is easy to add a hard drive later.
Samsung EVO is good.
I wish people would stop using the term future proof. It's a subjective term. Nobody knows what the future holds. If you're happy how your computer performs 1-2 years down the road and even further..then great!. It all depends on your expectations. As an example, plenty of people are still rocking 670/680 GTX's and i5 2500k's which are 2-3years old..and they still do just fine.

I imagine your setup will hold up just fine...

Ok for the cooler, this is fine as the turbo boost is upto 4.4 I think ill be able to go 0.3 points more to 4.7 with that cooler, I dont have noctua or phantek available in my place. Secondly, I dont have much money for an ssd. And I dont think ill be needing that with that much cpu, gpu and ram. I will upgrade to 16gb ram dual channel, so I dont want 2 sticks as it will limit my ram in the future.

burned.

I have become a bit jaded on the subject of haswell cooling for overclocking.
How high you can OC is firstly determined by your luck in the bin lottery.
I had high expectations from the Devil's canyon parts and their better thermals.
I found out that the thermals really do not matter unless, perhaps, you are a competitive overclocker.
Haswell runs quite cool, that is, until you raise the voltage past 1.25v or so.
Once you go past 1.3v, then you really do need very good cooling to keep stress loads under say 85c.
But, voltages higher than 1.30 are not a good thing for 24/7 usage.
Even if you can handle the heat, how much do you really need that extra multiplier from say 4.4 to 4.6?
My thought is that it is better to use the exotic cooling funds for a quieter and less expensive air cooler.
Anything extra can go to a stronger graphics card for the gamer or a SSD.

Ram is sold in kits for a reason.
Ram from the same vendor and part number can be made up of differing manufacturing components over time.
Some motherboards can be very sensitive to this.
That is why ram vendors will NOT support ram that is not bought in one kit.
Although, I think the problem has lessened with the newer Intel chipsets. Still,
it is safer to get what you need in one kit.
See if you can't buy a 16gb kit up front.

For what it is worth, I am not much of a fan of the R9 cards. They seem to be very power hungry and run hot. The triple fans dump lots of heat into your case and that heats up the cpu.
Gaming on a single monitor, I think a similarly performing GTX780 superclock with a stock blower cooler is a better experience.

Check the newegg feedback for 0 an1 egg reviews of GTX780 cards vs R9-290 OC cards.

Thanks geofelt, I highly appreciate ur response and the time u gave to write this post, actually I live in a country where people know that now, core2 duo is the newest processor. So u can imagine the availability of products here. I only have a cm hyper 212x and corsair h100i available. NO ELSE COOLER IS AVAILABLE. So this is why, ill try pushing it to 4.7 or if not, ill go 4.6. Well it depends until my temps exceed 85 degrees. Thanks for ur help. In future I will look forward to buying an ssd.

caps lock is cool. It's an easy mistake considering how many people post ''future/future proof'' threads....
in any case...its a good setup.
