That EVGA PSU is a Super Flower-built PSU, and is a very good one. Unless you're going to add another graphics card, it is a little bigger than you need, but that's not a big deal and there may have been a price break on that one?
A big air cooler (e.g. 140mm Noctua or Phanteks) will cool [almost] as well as the liquid cooler, and likely be quieter as well. It also won't ever take a leak in your case.
If this PC is primarily for games, if you want to save some money, an i5 will offer pretty much the same performance except in a very few new titles (I don't even remember which ones).
The case is a huge personal choice item, so this is just my opinion and deserves to be taken with a sack of salt: an ATX case would be big enough, and I...
Fine.

You could probably do with a better PSU brand and lower wattage. YOu need 400 to run that system, so an 80+ 550w or 600w PSU will do. Superflower>Seasonic>XFX>Silverstone, Corsair, EVGA etc.

Would you not hate yourself for buying the 980 4 days before the 980 Ti is released? Wait till next week at computex and see what the launch brings! If anything, the 980 will be cheaper then.

can't see any faults except for water cooler.

your case has:
"Cooling System
80mm Fans
No
120mm Fans
2 x 120mm LED Front Fan
140mm Fans
1 x 140mm Rear Fan
200mm Fans
1 x 200mm Top Fan
Side Air duct
No"

your cpu cooler is: 280mm, consider changing to the 140mm one, i chose different company, corsair good great quality ones, but so do NZXT
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835146041&cm_re=140mm_cpu_water_cooling-_-35-146-041-_-Product ... will cool just as better and you will have a better noise level then the 280mm rad corsair one :)
rest seemed okay tho :)

Overall though, it's a good build.

As far as water AIOs go the only worthwhile units to get are the swiftech's which used copper rads, every other AiO in the market uses aluminum in the radiators and doesn't perform any better than a good air cooler like the TC14PE
