Question How is the following motherboard for dual Xeon E5 2650V2 system?

I am looking for a budget dual Xeon E5 2650V2 system and found this relatively low cost motherboard:

What is your opinion on it? Foxconn is quite good isn't it? Better than unknown Chinese brand? Although they don't show the model number, only that it's "Foxconn"

Two x16 slots is kind of skimpy for a dual socket Xeon board.
It looks like fairly standard cables, the 8 pin CPU power cables are going to have to be really long since they are at the opposite end of the board from the 24 pin.
No idea if you will be able to get BIOS updates if required.

Not a clue. Never heard of them. There are Asus boards and Supermicro boards that are about the same price. Why pick an obscure brand?
