How is the MSI tech support?

ayy i am thinking about getting one of the thin MSI laptops like the Ghost 3k or whatever, and they look to have great laptop specs and a great price (especially compared to the New Razer Blade 14)

But there is one thing that i could not find on google, which is how good the customer service is (2014). I havent heard much about MSI's tech support, and i wanna know its pros and cons. Thanks.

Nah thats not trusted bc angry ppl are more likely to rate badly or rate at all.
every company on that site has terrible ratings . im really more looking for some personal experiences, or articles written by a single person. thanks tho

Not really MSI person, except for MSI Afterburner lol . Mostly a Gigabyte and EVGA supporter, Asus is expensive

hell yeah asus is expensive. I REALLY want a razer blade 14, but they are so expensive. msi makes laptops that match the portability and power of the blade, but if their tech support isnt good, then ill get a blade. probably a razer blade that hasnt come out yet tho.
