PCPartPicker part list: http://pcpartpicker.com/list/zNs6hq
Price breakdown by merchant: http://pcpartpicker.com/list/zNs6hq/by_merchant/

CPU: Intel Xeon E3-1231 V3 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor ($239.99 @ SuperBiiz)
This is basically a locked i7 without an iGPU. I don't want to overclock.
Video Card: RX 460 ($119.99)
Polaris 11, don't even need to have an extra power connecter, just use the one in the PCIE

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-B85M-DS3H-A Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($62.88 @ OutletPC)
Memory: Mushkin ECO2 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($49.98 @ Newegg)
8GB is the standard now but I wanted to never need to upgrade, until I make an entire new system years from now.
Storage: Crucial BX200 240GB 2.5" Solid State Drive ($64.99 @ Adorama)
Budget SSD

Case: DIYPC MA01-G MicroATX Mini Tower Case ($29.88 @ Newegg)
Cheap case with fan(s) - I don't really care about cable management
Power Supply: EVGA 500W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($39.99 @ NCIX US)
A tier three PSU - you don't want to cheap out but you don't want to overpay

Wireless Network Adapter: Gigabyte GC-WB867D-I PCI-Express x1 802.11a/b/g/n/ac Wi-Fi Adapter ($29.99 @ SuperBiiz)

Monitor: Acer G247HYL bmidx 23.8" 60Hz Monitor ($120.98 @ Newegg)
Lowest cost IPS w/ only 4ms (1ms with TN but I'd rather have nice colors/viewing angles)
Keyboard: Cooler Master CM Storm QuickFire Rapid Wired Gaming Keyboard ($129.99 @ Amazon)
Perfect keyboard for me!!
Other: WASD Cherry MX 0.2mm O-Rings ($14.99)
Speakers: Logitech Z200 0W 2ch Speakers ($22.99 @ Amazon)
Other: Windows 10 Pro (Kinguin) ($28.99)

Total: $955.63

Any advice on the components? I already own a Logitech G502. Thanks in advanced!

Solution
PCI-E 2.0 x16 is enough speed even for GTX 1080 so the RX 460 won't have a problem with it so you can go for the h81 motherboard. If you want a budget SSD , get the A-Data SP550, better value. Get a more decent case it will come with case fans and better overall quality.

Can you recommend a different mATX case?
I'd like to keep the same motherboard anyway.
I'll switch the BX200 for an A-Data SP550.

Thanks for the help.
