How is this budget build on ebay?

Not expecting it to be much for 380 bucks, but how is the default build offered here? If you look farther down the page, there are upgrade options to the parts. What would I need to upgrade to get this to run games on medium settings? I am just curious as to whether or not this would be any cheaper than building it myself.

it wont play games for sure. you need to spend around 450 -500 to get good results. the stuff at stock on that ebay listing will barely play maplestory

This build won't plan ANY game. You want at least an HD 7770 for medium settings in modern games.
