How is this build (CAN)

I needed a great gaming build, so I tried to make one, but I'm not sure if it's good. I'm overclocking, and my max budget is $1600 CAN. I chose headphones and speakers because sometimes my PC could be loud and other times I would need to keep it quiet. Thanks, and I'm eager for responses.

Overall a good build but for two things, can do better cooling with an air cooler like the Hyper 212 EVO for less, next would be why a OCing CPU and a non OCing mobo, doesn't make a lot of sense

Might look at the Asus Z87-Plus, same basic price point and a better mobo, Asus seems to have the best handle on the Z87/Haswell, if not look to the Rock or GB, won't touch MSI due to poor QC
