Solution

Definitely agree here about the...
-Grab the i5-4670k. It will perform the same as the i7-4770k in gaming, at a much cheaper price.
-Sabertooth is a rip-off. It's expensive and the thermal heat traps heat inside and re-circulates it. You can get a much cheaper board (ASRock Z87 Extreme6, Gigabyte GA-Z87X-UD3H).
-You don't need 16gb of RAM. Get 2x4gb of ram. 8gb is still plenty as games only use 4-6gb. When games start to use over 8gb, your system will be out-dated anyways.
-NZXT cases usually have problems with radiators. I would go with something like the Fractal Design Define R4. Better case in general, but if you like the looks of the Phantom then it'll just be tricky to install.
-What AMD Radeon said above is also good.

Definitely agree here about the Sabertooth, but I have never heard that about NZXT and liquid coolers.

#1 for liquid cooler, swiftech 220 is the best

Good choice but not available in the UK as far as I'm aware.

I'd do this:

- Dropped the RAM
- Better case
- Better PSU
- Dropped SSD to a much faster drive and added mass storage
